Dr Samantha Callan acts as a research consultant to major UK voluntary sector organisations and politicians. She is the co-author of the Breakthrough Britain Reports – an eighteen month study into pathways to poverty. She is also an honorary research fellow at Edinburgh University and works with the Centre for Social Justice.
