Life and Faith: Pete Schaffler

Pete Schaffler explains what life in Madagascar is like and why he took his family there.

Madagascar is known to many in the West simply through the colourful cartoons of the same name. In reality it has an average age is 17 and an average life expectancy is 57. Half of the population lives below the poverty line and the infant mortality rate is 75 per 1000 births. Pete Schaffler came into CPX to discuss the country, why he took his family there and the work they are doing.
