Mere Christianity: Christopher Mitchell (PART 1)

Christopher Mitchell talks to CPX about the faith and writing of some prominent Christian authors.

Christopher W. Mitchell is Director of the Marion E. Wade Centre and holds the Marion E. Wade Chair of Christian Thought, at Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois. The Wade Centre is a major research collection of materials by and about seven British authors: Owen Barfield, G.K. Chesterton, C.S. Lewis, George MacDonald, Dorothy L. Sayers, J.R.R. Tolkien, and Charles Williams.

In addition to serving as the Director of the Wade Centre and teaching theology, Mitchell serves as Book Review Editor for Seven: An Anglo-American Literary Review, a journal published annually by the Wade Centre on its seven authors. CPX interviewed him about the seven authors and the impact their Christian faith had on their writing.
